Grumpy and Happy APARTMENT SUITES is a QUIET and AFFORDABLE FAMILY ORIENTED accommodation in San Pedro, Belize with its own large and deep private pool with a privacy fence around the large deck. There are 3 very large luxurious, independent units that are designed and fully furnished and decorated. Children are welcome and there is sleeping facilities for toddlers and younger. There is a 3000 square foot 4 bedroom unit, a 2400 square foot 3 bedroom unit, and a 700 square foot 1 bedroom unit. All are Air conditioned. All have telephone and internet access (wireless). All the units have Cable TVs in every room (including the bedrooms) Italian leather and Marble or beautiful wood tables are distributed. There is a small mini library in the units for book exchange. Kitchens are complete and appliances are full sized. All the units are spacious and comfortable.
The accommodations are secluded in a quiet area contiguous to the beach, grocery stores, on a well treed and fenced lot, next to a green belt. Right there is great bird and iguana watching for our guests. Our guests are generally mature families, families with children, or couples traveling together looking to share expenses. Children are welcome. The three spacious Villas are only rented to tourists visiting the area. Guests in the Villas are promised a quiet stay in superior and roomy suite.
Comfortable surroundings and large living spaces make this a treasure for your holiday and the economical pricing makes it affordable.
Beaches and Stores and restaurants are contiguous.
Shore Fishing is just a few minutes walk away. Golf cart rentals are also available for transportation.
Jolene and I, the owners, check you in personally and ensure that your needs are met and we are always available if you need anything or have any problem. We take pride in ensuring that you have a quite and peaceful place to stay.
This is not a hotel or resort type accommodation. This is a home away from home.
The grounds are fenced and have Picnic Tables surrounded by mature trees, so Birds abound!
We call the 3 units VILLA 1 - (4 bedroom), VILLA 2 - (3 bedrooms), and VILLA 3
(1 bedroom). Each is secure and soundproofed and wireless internet enabled. Each has a private entry. Each is air conditioned. Personal care is afforded by the owners who are Canadians that live on the Island and have been in business locally as Grumpy and Happy Enterprises for 9 years. They ensure that everything is perfect for you.
VILLA 1 (4 bedrooms) comprises the entire upper floor and has 3000 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is capable of sleeping 10 comfortably.
VILLA 2 (3 Bedrooms) is the larger of the 2 lower units (2400sq feet) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6.
